We use sustainably grown full spectrum psilocybin mushrooms in all of our ceremonies. 

    A trained facilitator (guide) will be with you from the moment of your initial consultation and throughout your entire journey. We work with you to create a fertile environment to heal and work through whatever is holding you back. With Brooklyn Psychedelics you will experience a professionally guided psilocybin ceremony with a trained facilitator in a secure location, with known mushroom purity and dosage, and with proper supervision and appropriate pre and post-ceremony integrative support.

    If you are interested in a 1-on-1 psychedelic magic mushroom ceremony in New York City, please begin by submitting an application form. This helps us learn more about you and your intentions for this transformative experience.

    2. Schedule a Free Introductory Call
    Once your application is submitted, we’ll begin our screening process. If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a free one-hour introductory call.

    3. One-Hour Preparatory Meeting
    Before finalizing your participation, we require a one-hour meeting to determine if we’re the right facilitators to guide your psilocybin mushroom journey. During this call, we’ll discuss:

    • Your intentions, expectations, and desired outcomes.

    • The process and structure of the ceremony.

    • Your physical and mental health.

    • Our code of ethics and safety protocols.

    It is extremely important to us that we develop a bond of trust and a sense of safety between participant and facilitator in order to ensure that we are the best fit for you and ensure a supportive and aligned journey.

    4. Set a Ceremony Date
    Selecting the right date is crucial. Choose a day where you can dedicate time both before and after the ceremony to rest and reflect. The psilocybin journey lasts all day and having no obligations the day of or day after will allow you to integrate with ease

    5. Pre-Ceremony Preparation Materials
    Once your ceremony date is set, you’ll receive curated pre-ceremony materials. These include:

    • Guided meditations.

    • Inspirational talks.

    • Selected readings.

    • Resources to prime your mind and body for the most impactful psychedelic-assisted healing experience possible.

    6. Guided Psilocybin Mushroom Ceremony
    Ceremonies typically begin around 11 a.m. and are designed to provide a safe, intentional, and transformative experience. Here's what to expect:

    • Grounding and Breathing: Begin with meditative exercises to center yourself.

    • Cacao Ceremony (optional): An homage to the traditions of Mexican curanderos who inspire our ceremonial practices.

    • Creating the Ceremonial Setting: We encourage you to bring meaningful items to personalize your sacred space. This could include candles, flowers, trinkets, jewelry, letters, notes, or pictures—anything that helps you feel grounded and connected to your intentions.

    • Setting Intentions and Flight Instructions: Align on your goals and prepare for what to expect during the journey.

    • The Ceremony: After taking your personalized psilocybin dose (determined by your intent, experience, and body size), you’ll be guided into the experience with sensory deprivation (eye mask and noise-canceling headphones) and a playlist of selected music.

    • Facilitator Support: An experienced facilitator will be present throughout your journey to support your emotional, physical, and energetic needs.

    • Ceremonial Closing: At the end of the journey, we’ll honor the experience with a ceremonial closing, which includes an energetic cleansing, gratitude practice, and blessing to help anchor the insights gained and bring a sense of completion.

    • Debriefing and Sharing: The psychedelic effects of the mushrooms typically lasts 4–7 hours. Following the ceremony, we’ll hold a space for you to share your experience, reflect on key insights, and begin integrating the journey into your life to ensure you feel grounded and supported.

    7. Post-Ceremony Integration
    The true power of a psilocybin mushroom journey lies in how you integrate its lessons into your everyday life. To help you process and embody these insights, we include two complimentary 1-on-1 integration sessions: one immediately after your ceremony and another a few weeks later.

    Wholeness often doesn’t happen overnight. It’s an ongoing process that unfolds over time, and we’re here to support you with personalized guidance, meaningful resources, and a community that helps you anchor your growth for lasting transformation.
